When does a referral start earning a reward?
Your friend must be a first-time member aged 16 or over, joining on or after 1 October 2026. There is no closing date. They need to name you when joining and complete their first 30 paid days. The team checks eligibility before confirming a reward for your next renewal. Each new member can have one referrer.
How much can I earn each month?
You can earn £5 off per qualifying friend, up to the cost of your own monthly membership. Five qualifying friends means £25 off each month. Rewards have no cash value, don’t carry over, and must be checked alongside any other membership discount.
What if a membership pauses or ends?
Rewards depend on both memberships remaining active and paid. A pause, overdue payment or ended membership can stop a reward. Your lounge shows reward eligibility without sharing anyone else’s billing details.
Why is my discount awaiting confirmation?
An eligible reward becomes a confirmed discount once the team has checked it and recorded it for your Glofox renewal. The date at the top shows when your details were last checked. Contact the team if anything looks out of date.
How do partner codes work?
Use the code or link on each offer and check its terms and expiry date. Partner codes belong to that offer and don’t change your gym membership price.
